Sunny Flat in Manhattan

This apartment of Simon is highly recommended. It has everything you need in a vacation (even a hair dryer is available). The apartment is actually very bright as the photos and the furniture is new. The supermarket is open to 22 clock in around 5 minutes walk away and depending on the metro lines these are removed within 5-15 minutes. Simon has also been a very friendly host one can highly recommend. Here I would like to go on vacation again :-))

A great, sunny week in NY is behind us. We can recommend this apartment and Simon with his friendliness and helpfulness highly. The app. is spacious and tastefully decorated, has everything you need (towels, coffee, etc.), is quiet with lovely views and has a great connection to the subway and bus system. The neighbors on the street always had a kind word left. Thank you, Simon, that we could be your guests and thank you for the delicious dates!

As described, Simon's apartment is sunny and conveniently located within a short 5 minute walk from the 125th street subway stop along the red line. Safety concerns in Harlem did not pose a problem for two small Asian girls as long as normal precautions were adhered to (i.e., don't walk around with flashy shopping bags, especially when dark). The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, well maintained, and nicely furnished. Amenities such as the coffee machine, fridge, towels and duvet were appreciated, although we didn't try out everything. Simon was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Make sure to speak with Simon about the trick with the door and confirm expected arrival and departure times for the convenience of all. Overall, we enjoyed the space and convenience of a furnished apartment so close to the subway!

The apartment has complied with the photos and the description in full. She is very quiet and yet conveniently accessible by subway and bus. In the vicinity there are good shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the apartment you.

Manhattan apartment ideally located for visiting New York. Close to all amenities. Quiet and clean, there live. We highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in NY in Simon's apartment. He was very helpful settling us in with information about subways etc. The apartment is large, bright, clean, modern, nice white sheets and towels , and quiet...great kitchen and bathroom, large bedroom.. It is a short walk to the subway and only about 10 minutes subway ride to downtown NY. It is in a very safe area full of families. Loved it and will recommend it to all our friends,

Upon arrival, we were, as previously agreed, very nice taken by Simon in reception. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Just great. Simon has us pass an information pack, containing all the many tips (eg metro, how and where the waste is disposed of). Furthermore, the password for wireless use. So we did not expect and were pleasantly surprised. Likewise, Simon was through e-mail or phone always there for us. This gave us an additional good and safe feeling. Also, the return of the deposit was smooth. The apartment is more central than expected. The metro station is only a few minutes walking distance. Also, the neighborhood is great. Supermarket, bars and restaurants right next door. Conclusion: Everything was great. We would book this apartment again at any time.

The Brownstone in Harlem is a very convenient and beautiful appartment, situated in a quiet street with subway and stores closeby. The appartment is clean and well maintained. We found Simon very friendly and helpful. The Red Rooster and Sylvia's are on the same block. We can absolutely recommend this appt to anyone who likes to explore NYC and hope to be back someday.

We just stayed 3 nights at Simon's apartment and it was fantastic! True to the photos, great location. Simon was extremely helpful. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again If we ever come back to NY.
