Location and local facilities:
Sai Ying Pun is an area with a large range of amenities such as a local wet market, newly built public swimming pool with amazing views over Hong Kong Harbour, a park with a children’s playground, football court and jogging track. If you are early enough to the park, (about 8am) you will enjoy the sight of the local residents of the area doing their daily Tai Chi exercise routine.
The apartment is located 5 minutes by taxi to Central, Soho and the ferry terminals forMacau, the outlying islands and the Star Ferry. You also have very easy access to bus and tram routes to Central and beyond.
You are less than a 1 minute walk to international supermarkets (Market Place, Wellcome, Park and Shop) and 7-11 all night store is a very short stroll away. There is a coffee shop/bakery right across the road for your breakfast items such as croissants, and a Japanese restaurant/take away right next door. The apartment is within a 5 minute walk to a selection of restaurants to suit a range of tastes (Japanese, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Pizza, Roast Chicken and more - takeout menus and phone numbers for various establishments are available in the apartment manual)
