Quiet Central Area with Balcony

We had a great time there! Gladly again anytime :-)

The location is nice (though a bit outside) and the bedrooms in a classic old building. It should be stated please the room is part of a WG and therefore it should please be lockable. Moreover, it should be specified that live in this WG and 2 cats (cat hair everywhere), which was not good with my girlfriend because she has a Katzenallegie. Bathroom and kitchen have not been invited for hygienic reasons for use. Despite Hafengeburtstag were afterwards the ~ 90, - for one night in return for this Zi (which by the way the picture looks much better) overpriced, despite that it was a last resort.

Tim's flat is in a great location. It's very quiet and the bed was comfortable. To be honest, all we did there was sleep, so there's not much more to review. It's a nice apartment :) Somewhat oddly, I didn't see Tim at all. My girlfriend picked up the keys from his mum, whom I only met briefly one day as we were walking out of the front door.

tim is a courteous hosts, we could ask what's to be found in Hamburg and replace us well. The room was cozy and sufficient (balcony, tv, etc.) and great was the Communal kitchens and bath. In addition, the central location is incredible. perfect for eating, shopping, etc. So again any time!

There was the evidence of WG, say the bathroom & kitchen is shared. That in itself would not be so bad, but the bathroom is in a miserable state. Dirty and run down. The room itself looks in the pictures much better than live. Cleaning also harms not ... DUST! Sorry, even if it is more likely for young people -> I can not.

Two points for the location and the warm welcome. (The bed could have been possibly make loving rather than the ceiling easy to just throw on it ...). Neither the room nor the apartment was clean. Thick layer of dust and hair ball on the floor, garbage smell in the kitchen. I speak not of sterile rooms, but from a basic cleanliness that you would expect as a paying guest. No towels were provided, not enough toilet paper available. Because of the dust we had to shorten our trip because my friend has a dust allergy and the next day was bad breathe. We have our apartment already rented a few times and they would not have passed in such a state of guests. Especially for the price we would have preferred to go to a hotel. Total unfortunately disappointing.
