House rules

1. Passport or ID Card is strictly requested to present for check-in.

2. Balance due shall be requested to pay in Taiwan dollar at the time of check-in.

3. Room deposit TWD1,000. which will be refunded to you when the key was returned at
check-out & no destruction be made in room as well.

4. Check-in Time is from 15:00 to 19:00, if you will late check-in, please notice early one day &
Check-out Time is before noon time, if you will leave in early morning, please also notice
early one day, but you check out excess one hour or more, it will be charged TWD100 by
every hour.

5. Late arrival over 3 hours without notice in advance will count as "NO SHOWS", It will be
charged 1 night for penalty. Meanwhile, we only accepted over 2 nights stay, if you would
late check-in after 22:00.

6. The cancellation shall be made 5 days before, otherwise it will be charged 30% of total room
rate or the cancellation without notice during peak season.then all deposit will be Non-
Refundable.

7. Peak Season is included X'mas Holiday/New Year/Lunar New Year & Continuous Holiday

8. NO SMOKING NO ALCOHOL
