As a homestay host since 2004 and verified by Wimdu we welcome you to our Park View comfort and neat apartment in down town. I work in an US Company in Beijing.My wife is a teacher. We live in a apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a big kitchen and a large living Room within 2nd Ring Road just 6 Km away from the Frobidden City.
Our compound is located beside the beautiful Dragon Lake park - Longtan Gong Yuan. When standing on our balcony, the green and quiet secenery will refresh you after a long day travelling or study. In our apartment you will get private guest room with its own independent toilet and shower. It's free to use phone set, TV, broad band internet, laundry, kitchen and livng room to make you feel at home. I will meet and pick you up at Beijing airport with no charge. I could tour you in English or teach you Chines per 15.00USD per hour.
Downstairs is a gym where you can build up your muscle, play tennis, judo or yoga. Dancing lessons and music instrument school are always open doors to your kids.
Both subway lines 5 and 10 are just 2 km from our house which will take you to anywhere far away economically and efficiently. Famous restaurant full of street Fangzhuang is 10 minutes walk away included "Beijing Roast Duck" - Quanjude.
Outside our compound you will find post office, bank, tailors, shoes care, grocery, baker,tea house and cafe's in your street.You are most welcomed Park View Homestay.
