The new suit forms part of a family house in the middle of a beautiful big garden. The location of the suit in relation to the house guarantees absolute privacy and calmness.
We have combined comfort, calmness and a family atmosphere.
Although we are surrounded by forests and parks, the suit is within easy reach of the city centre by car or public transport – approximately 20 minutes.
We are looking forward for your short-term or long-term stay.
Location:
Our brand new suit is located in a neighbourhood of villas in Prague 4 – Kunratice. For its attractiveness, this part of Prague is often visited by tourists and local inhabitants.
Regarding the transport, there is a bus station 3 minutes from the suit. The bus will take you to the metro station Kacerov (line C). The total time spent on the way to the city centre is approximately 20 minutes.
Apartment:
The TWO-ROOM suit consists of a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a living-room with two more single beds (it is possible to add an extra real bed). We put stress on comfort and healthy sleeping. The windows have a view of the garden and a calm side road.
A separate kitchen is newly equipped with a fridge, an electric cooker with oven, a microwave oven, an ovenware pot and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a TV.
The suit also has a bathroom with a bath, a shower and a toilet.
The house has a big garden with outdoor ping-pong table and a pergola which are at your disposal at anytime. We also provide you with car-parking in the garage or on our parcel (included in the price).
In addition, you can order meal as well (Czech cuisine available). Price to be agreed.
Children up to 2 years old FREE! Children's bed available.
The price includes all bills, bed linen, bed clothes, bath towels, dishcloth, final cleaning and all municipal charges.

Sports activities:
Even though the suit is not situated far from the centre, it also offers a wide range of sports activities.
* An extensive web of cyclist paths connects both banks of the river Vltava and Vyšehrad and allows you to go safely around the whole city and surrounding parks.
* Aquapalace Cestlice with its water attractions – artificial waves, children's padding pool, three water chutes, six helter-skelters and an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool.
* It is also possible to hire four-wheel drives.
* During the summer you can enjoy swimming in surrounding ponds.
Social life:
Kunratice on its own has rich history and tempts you to enjoy a walk in its surroundings. A big enticement is St. Jacob´s senior church (built in the Baroque style) with a vast park. You can also visit a reconstructed cloister where you can sit for a while in a calm restaurant, café or patisserie.
