Luigi and his wife are amazingly nice hosts! They pick You up at the station, show You everything, give all the informations you need. Very helpfull! The flat is right at the beach. Two steps(really!) away is a nice and cheap restaurant with very good coffee, good pizza, pasta, salad. Shopping Mal is 15meters walk. The bus to Rom stops right at the Mal (Passoscouro). To buy a busticket is an adventure. Don't buy it in the bus for 7euros. At the Tabak shop around two corners (1km) they cost 2,20euros. The bus drives 30min to Rom.
The beach is great. Not too clean but almost no people and definitely no tourists. Only on weekends whole Rom, and it feels like whole Italy, comes to the beach, but it's fun. The waves are sometimes huge so a lot of surfers were on the boards.
The flat: it's fine, everything is there, even an air conditioner. It's small, used to be a garage and was nicely reconstructed. The kitchen is enough to cook anything. The only thing is the bed. It's a very uncomfortable, soft couch (to be opened to a double bed). We put the matrace on the floor to sleep. That way it was good. For anybody loving very soft beds is good.

Nobody around speaks english!!! Only italian! ;-) Good luck!

We had a great time! Thanks!
