Striking private room in the three bedroom house in the centre of Madrid con baño privado en habitacion

Bueno, en general todo ha sido bastante bien. Salvo una cosa. Nuestra anfitrion tiene un costrumbre de tocar cosas que no le pertenezcan. Incluso a robarlas! Tengan cuidado. Well in general everything was wuite fine except for one thing. This woman, the owner, has a strange habit to touch and steal the things which dont belong to her. Be careful with your proper things.

The apartment was fine. We had our own bathroom. Unfortunately, there was the attic, so that our things were wet in the closet. The landlady could have told us. I think this was a one time thing. Otherwise agreed, the price-performance ratio. By bus you can drive well in the city. Rastro to get there faster on foot. All in all a good thing.

The apartment has three separate rented rooms and two bathrooms, as a shared accommodation. Bathrooms are good, kitchen ok. One bedroom and the living room facing the street are a bit noisy. Unfortunately, our room smelled unpleasantly of bathroom drain. The location is very good with a bus into the center. The river is very close to it with a long beautiful ind Grüngürtel.Die voting Aracali were pleasant, simple and supportive.

We had a fun stay.The rooms are spacious and we had a private bathroom.Acces to all facilities of a furnished appartement. We could easily go to the centre by bus or metro or even by foot (if you're a cityhiker ;-) ) The hostess was very thorough in explaining the appartment, the surrounding area and the citycentre and provided us with the necessary maps and what not.She was very welcoming and friendly. It's great value for your money!

Apartment well located in good condition and well equipped! The only downside is that there is no privacy, as the owner comes when he wants without knocking ....

I rent regularly with wimdu and I just realized it had to be careful, there is no control of the apartments. This apartment was not in the center of Madrid. One of us got stuck in the bathroom for an hour because the lock was broken, everything was ruined in the apartment. A window is not closed, the flush was unusable. The dishwasher (important for us who were 6) obviously did not work, there was not enough crockery for 6 while the apartment is expected to be called at least 6. A little disappointed with the site. we were not staying in the apartment but to a different closer to the center and therefore more noisy but functional and close to everything. Welcome despite the late check. Overall satisfactory rent a flat for the cigarette smell very present in the rooms.

The apartment was not this a computer problem but the fact that it was a pittance. The apartment is shared, Araceli was the owner, the house is large, super-equipped and well connected to the city center by metro and bus in a very quiet residential area. Araceli's attention was exceptional and very friendly notice that it takes time dedicated to informing the city perfectly. Take this opportunity to thank you for everything and that we could not dismiss it. RECOMMENDED

Apartment very well located and very quiet, next to Atocha and close to the attractions of Madrid. Araceli very friendly, provides you with maps and guides and informative plan of places to visit.

Nice flat near Atocha. Very well situated for the 3 most important galleries in Madrid. Araceli was friendly and helpful. However, it should be made clearer on her Wimdu site that there are three doublerooms being let in the flat. The kitchen is ok for 2 but not for 6, and we were not happy with1 bathroom between 6 with no lock on the door, nor were we happy that we could not secure our own room when we were out.
