Deluxe Duplex Apartment in Alameda

Check-in and check-out:
The check-in is performed after 1pm, but it is possible to reach the apartment from 11am to leave your luggage and receive the keys.
Check-out is until 11am. Here you can also leave your luggage in the apartment until 1pm.
On working days you can leave your luggage in our office before 11am on the day of check-in and / or after 1pm on the day of check-out at no additional cost.
You should call us as soon as you have collected your luggage at the airport.

Supplements for check-in in particular situations:
30 € between 21:30 and 00:00 from Monday to Sunday;
45 € between 00:00 and 08:30 from Monday to Sunday;
25 € on weekends and holidays between 8:30 and 21:30

Behaviour:
Because of being housed in residential buildings, guests should respect the local neighbourhood and avoid unsociable and unnecessary noise between the hours of 10pm and 10am the next day.
Parties and other activities that bother neighbours can result in immediate eviction from the apartment with no right to refund.
