I had a great time in the apartment of Irina. NIce and clean apartment, with all facilities you need. Irina was very helpfull and kind. Probably when I am in NYC, I will stay here again.

Great apartment well equipped. Easy walking distance to subway. Every thing you could need locally. Highly recommend .

Very clean and well maintained apartment in a quiet location near the metro to the nice neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Manhattan, of course. You get a lot of information beforehand. We were not welcomed but had let ourselves (with key and code which we had received different instructions). Later we host seen, and who was friendly.

Apartment clean, very comfortable and located in quiet area. The host was very welcoming and was very helpful on arrival and departure. I highly recommend this address.

The apartment house is situated in a residential neighborhood in Bedford-Stuyvesand (Brooklyn) and has 12 two-storey dwellings that are rented out to tourists or businessmen. Our apartment was brand new, very clean and equipped with everything you could need. Toaster, microwave, and even dishwasher and detergent, placemats and an apron were available. Sleeping there for at least four adults in a large bed and a comfortable sofa. We spent 9 nights in May 2013 and there have felt very comfortable. The people on the street were very friendly and helpful. Shopping for food, there are plenty. Subway station to walk about 10 minutes and about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. Dear Irina, we loved the apartment. Thank you, you were very kind. We are looking forward to seeing you again.

Very nice apartment, according to photos and descriptions. All that is needed is provided in the apartment. Quiet area, 10 minutes from the metro and 45 minutes from Manhattan. Irina has provided a binder with all the information and advice in English and French which is really a saw our English.

Just got back from a great stay in Brooklyn NY! The appartement was just perfect! We were welcomed by Irina's daugther who lives in the building. She gave us a warm welcome and instantly gave us some usefull tips. Everything was modern and clean. The pics on the website are as in real life. The neighbourhood looks quite neglected but is actually very safe. People were friendly and we never felt threatened. Subway is 2 blocks away and the trip to Manhattan will take 20 to 30 minutes depending on where you need to be in Manhattan. Be sure to visit Bedford avenue in Williamsburg and Brooklyn Heights. These are 2 hip neighbourhoods in Brooklyn where we found some great places to eat. We will definitely come back next time! Caroline & Bart Belgium

Apartment fully consistent with the expectations and photos posted on the site. Very clean, well equipped. Irina has welcomed us. The property is located 5 minutes walk from the G subway line. Then count 20 minutes drive to rally Manhattan. Perfect for a couple without children in infancy. Otherwise, two things to consider: Do not forget a banner night for those who are afraid to sleep without blackout curtains and earplugs .... (personally not need) for those with sensitive hearing (passage qques aircraft). But overall, excellent quality / price. Would recommend.

A nice, clean and well furnished studio about 30 minutes from Manhattan (10 minutes walk and 20 minutes subway). Free parking behind the building! Regarding the neighbourhood, it's better not to walk around at midnight alone.
