Modern Apartment with WI-FI at Hyde Park

The toilet room is a little tiny, so you have to park in backwards and the sofa in the ground floor appartement had some spots, but all in all a really nice stay in a really nice quarter.

Positive: - Very good location and neighborhood. - Clean Negative: - The place was offered for 5 people. There were only two double beds and a sofa (not a bed-sofa). One of us had to sleep there, not very comfortably. - It is small (contrary to spacious as it is offered) specially for 4-5 people. - The place needs some maintenance.

The apartment was not as described on the website. (Other home) She was spacious but the decor of the kitchen insufficient (3 plates and cups at 4 tenants ...) The heating was not regulate (no thermostat) corresponding to warm and bearable only through open windows. The toilet ran day and night. Overall, very noisy and old in the equipment. Positive: the location on Hyde Park and close to Paddington Station. Marble Arch reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

I stayed here wih four friends, we arrived late on the friday night the hosts where very accomodating to us and did not charge late check in fee as it was not clearly displayed on website. The apartment was on top floor which was a bit of a trek up the stairs, the keys we were given (one set) some didnt work then the front door lock was a bit dodgy and we thought we were locked out, i would suggest a better locking system to the front doors and extra keys for extra guests. The apartment was nice apart from at night being cold when in bed the bedding provided was more for the summer months rather than winter. The only real complaint I would have is that as there was 5 people staying which we had booked one of our party had to sleep on the sofa as there was no fold out bed provided. I did email the office that night but no response was sent to me which I was dissapointed in.

The appartment was nice. However, one tip for the host: communication could be better. How to check in? Where to get your key and where to leave it at checkout? Also the exact location was hard to find.

I came to visit London with my 2 children (9&11). Denise has welcomed us very well the first day and was very helpfull during our stay. The studio was tiny but tidy, with all the bedding and linen provided. The neighborhood felt safe. The studio was close to centre, only 5mn walk from Nothing Hill Gate Sation and Queensway station, and just perfect to visit London. We will come back !

good location and friendly staff, but although description says it accommodates 5 people, room is quite small if 5 people are actually sharing it. we had to get another room as well in order to stay comfortably.
