Double Room in Central London 5

I spent three days in this room and have been very satisfied although some maintenance details can improve, thank you very much Mark for kindly to leave luggage longer recommend

Excellent value for money. I only wish there were more rooms, as it's becoming hard to find availability! Marcos is very helpful and I have never had any problems.

Excellent stay. Apartment widely are enough for a short stay. Very convenient because it is located 100m from the Liverpool Street Station. And all the shops.

The room is not bad but overlooks a courtyard where you hear a lot of noise. This comes from the air conditioner of the restaurant located on the premises of property. Access to it is painful because the restaurant leave garbage in the hallway. A disgusting! They have the kitchen door opened and out of it all!

We had a nice stay in London. The apartment is really central, very good access to tube, train, bus. Many restaurants, bars and much else. The house and the apartment quite come across, but He has now begun to renovate. Bath was replaced from the images already with shower, Everything else still the same. But host was very nice, friendly. We did not sit around the apartment, yes, it was enough to limp. With neighbors, we were also lucky they arrived late, just as we long to visit London, behaved respectfully towards others, we have again experienced international WG-life in Central London after so many years of study! And that was nice! Who wants to be in the center is really quick to recommend the room very much.

The property is in a great location for London centre. Liverpool Street Station is 1 minute away which makes getting about excellent. Coach to Stansted Airport is also at end of street. When arriving at the apartment I was left standing around for a while as no details had been provided of where i was to meet the host. Eventually Marcos assistant arrived after 30 minutes waiting and showed me to the apartment. The entrance way is the same entrance which is used by the Indian restaurant next door so a lot refuse etc is left in the hallway, the carpet on the stairs is in need of replacing as this is communal access with the indian restaurant it is extremely grubby. When I got into the apartment the room I was booked into had not been vacated by the previous guest and a note left for the agent of when they would vacate. Marcos assistant got this sorted out but I was asked to come back in an hour so that the cleaner could clean the room etc. I was able to leave my bag but was a bit anxious that the previous guest could return and have access to my personal belonging. I retunred a time later the room was cleaned and everything was tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable, some minor refurbishments could increase the standard of the property but for the price it is very good, on sunday morning the petticoat lane market is in the street beside which has great bargains and souvenirs. If I was returning to London I would easily rent another room in the property as I know now what the property is like and for the price it is quite good.

Great stay, nice room and well located, next to the subway, nice neighborhood, everything is at hand, a good plan, inexpensive for London!

The floor was right in the center, and we had a blast. Although we arrived very late, we were greeted with no problem. The room was great and we are delighted with the visit. Next time do not hesitate to have this room :) Thank you for everything. A greeting. Lucia and Alexs

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious and clean(ed often), the appartement small but convenient. The kitchen is well equiped, all you need is there! The only downside to this place is that the walls are really thin, you can hear your neighbours to clearly. But, the location makes up for much, right next to Spitalfield Market and almost on the (every sunday) famous petticoat market. And please try the great Indian Restaurant located next door, it food is fantastic! Also nice: the appartement is located only 1 minute from Liverpoolstreet Station, a major transport hub with both trains and tubes. Marcos and his staff are really great, you can contact them very easily. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and not so expensive place in down town London.
