Nice studio on the ground floor in Nice

studio nice and wonderful view of Nice and the sea warm welcome from our hosts who provided us with the information needed to explore the area. The tram is a 15 min walk from the studio and takes you 5 minutes in the center of the stairs ... Then we have legs, it does not hurt! :-)

This small studio apartment had almost everything we needed. It was a bit of a walk uphill from the train station but the view of the city was great! Unfortunately, there was no A/C and we stayed during very hot days so it was hard to sleep. The owners also encountered water problems during our stay which caused a very foul smell in the bathroom. Assuming it gets fixed, the apartment would be a nice place to stay.

Excellent studio, very well equipped, very well located (a breathtaking view of nice), very beautiful setting and very quiet.

Beautiful view, a bit far from old town but all transport is nearby so just walk it does not hurt - access difficult for people with reduced mobility (stairs)
