Pleasant 2 rooms with terrace

The descriptive title should look like: apartment on 1st floor of a building with a bedroom, a kitchen with no coffee, no bowl for breakfast, oven unusable and dirty, do not expect most toaster .. . (The rest we did not dare try ...), WC in the bathroom, a living room with 2 sofas and a trundle bed. Besides the bed, the bedding is not suitable and should negotiate for a minimum. We were 5 and we could have a mattress a person we asked on the floor. The lounge is located on the boulevard side and is very noisy at night (disco nearby) and do not forget your earplugs. There should be a mandatory fee (free after tough negotiations) 50 € to cover cleaning costs. Excellent location, just a few minutes from the beach and close to shopping streets. The only downside was some traffic noise for lying on the sofa in the living room. Otherwise we are absolutely satisfied!
