This stylish city centre Edinburgh flat is situated on the ground floor of a modern apartment block on the edge of the Georgian New Town, just 10 minutes walk from Princes St (or 2-3 mins by bus). The apartment itself is quiet, comfortable and convenient. Set back from the road in landscaped grounds, it has a pretty outlook over trees and shrubs, its own parking, and is well served by public transport.
On entering from the hallway the bathroom is off to the right, tiled on walls and floor, it is fully fitted with bath and shower. Plenty freshly laundered towels which will be laid out for your stay.
Straight ahead, the living room - complete with comfortable sofas, occasional table, bookcase with a large array of publications and information about Edinburgh and Scotland, feature fireplace and Digital TV with DVD. Mobile Broadband is provided. A deep drying cupboard holds an extremely comfortable fold down bed and bedding, erected in seconds to provide the third sleeping unit. Dining table and chairs are set up in the bay window, overlooking the landscaped grounds. Off the living room is the kitchen - fully equipped to meet all requirements. Cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, fridge and freezer and washing machine are all provided. Plenty of stylish cutlery and crockery is available and all the necessary accessories can be found in the cupboards and drawers.
Down the hallway, the bedroom is quietly and comfortably furnished with freshly laundered, pure cotton bed linen on the double bed, bedside cabinets, restful lighting and plenty of hanging and storage space. A hair-dryer is available for those who still require such things.
Night storage central heating ensures the flat is kept warm throughout the coldest of Edinburgh days, and additional convection heating provides back-up.
