Our 3 bedroom apartment is in a brand new condominium.
We rent two rooms that SHARE A FULL BATHROOM, facing the South side, are very sunny, quiet and warm. Flat has nice cross ventilation, no need of AC during the summer time.
ROOM ONE has a real bed, big closet, nice desk, alarm clock and free WiFi Internet connection.
Clean sheets and pillow cases, covers, toilet paper, soap and towel are provided. A hair dryer is available for use. Washer and dryer are free for you.
You can fix a light breakfast from a selection of teas, coffees, chocolates and cold or hot cereals, bagles, juices and fruits of the season. Besides breakfast, very limited kitchen use. Cold or microwavable meals ONLY.
Jamaica Plain is a residential neighborhood, considered the 'greenest' neighborhood, the most economically diverse, artistic and trendy; it has been recognized today as one of the best neighborhoods in Boston. It is close to fine and diverse restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, gym, parks, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Arnold Arboretum, Jamaica Pond, other parks and museums, the hospital area and universities.
And the best of all is LOCATION, ONE BLOCK AWAY from the subway Green Station of the Orange Line, only six stations Inbound to DOWNTOWN BOSTON.
Also across the street is the South West Corridor/bike path you can ride to Downtown Boston.
Street parking is always available or you can use my private parking slot if you need it.
Our condominium/community has a laundry room, elevator and much more.
Also for a small fee, we can lead you on a PRIVATE TOUR on foot, bicycle, or by subway as you wish. Tours going to Downtown Boston, the Business District, the Charles River, Cambridge, any museum, and places off of the beaten path. You can also rent my bikes or a city bike or we can recommend you other tourist arrangements.
You will enjoy your stay in our safe, welcoming community.
