SECURITY DEPOSIT
On arrival, you need to pay a security deposit of EUR 150 that will be refunded after your stay, when handing over the key of the apartment and if no damage was caused and the apartment is clean.

The property should be treated as your own. Broken items will need to be replaced. Also you will leave the property as you found it in a clean and tidy state.

The renter accepts full responsibility and risk of any injury, damage, theft, or loss of property resulting from the use of the apartment. The owners of apartment will not be liable for any personal or physical damage, theft, or loss of property resulting from the use of apartment.

The apartment is a house, so no parties organize, no other people than agreed, no drugs, no loud music / TV, etc.

although the stairs are very narrow, the house is magnificent, in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket next door, near the heineken, very highly recommended, definitely going back

The perfect apartement for a stay in amterdam. It´s interior was chosedn with care and added up to our very good amsterdam trip. Jouri himself is very nice and can also provide some inside views (we loved the white elephant). We´ll sure be coming back.

A real authentic place with everything you need, including the 3 bikes. Jouri is a nice and helpful guy, we would always come back again. Thanks a lot!

Great apartment, great location, great host. The flat is very spacious and is in a great location, takes you about 10mins and you're right in the centre of all the tourist attractions, yet the flat itself is in a lovely and quiet residential street, and plus you've got market round the corner for strolling around. Jouri is also a great host who makes you feel very welcome and is full of different recommendations about what to do in Amsterdam to suit all the tastes. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home in Amsterdam.

We had a very pleasant stay in Jouri's apartment that was perfectly situated for visits to the museumplein. The bath was brand new with a heated floor and this was especially nice at nights. We liked that this building was classic and had the charm of old Netherland houses! One small idea for improvement: more lights needed in the kitchen...

We had a nice trip to amsterdam,picked up from the airport by Jouri's brother Cisco for a reasonable cost.Apartment and T.V. were large,Accomidation was comfortable,supermarket almost across the road,Good North African resturant 500 Meters along the road going to the left.Tram stop 5/10 minute walk.All in,a very enjoyable stay
