Very nice area:
Letná is one of seven hills in Prague. Due to the very nice location you can enjoy a beer or glass of wine in the beergarden in Letná-park (five minutes walk from the apartment) with an amazing view at the city-center and vltava-river. Another park is the huge Stromovka-park (also 5 minutes walk) with a beach bar, music and party events. You can see here many in-line skaters and bikers. There are even special pathways for them. Also very suitable if you want to go for a run or just a walk. It's also possible to rent inline-skates and bikes.
Supermarket/Grocery store, pharmacy, 24/7 - shop, lots of bars and restaurants are close by (Italian, Czech, America, Mexican, Spanish, Chinese).

With trams (five lines plus two night tram lines) to all three metro-lines in 2 (green line), 6 (red line) and 10 (yellow line) minutes.
From the tram stop:

It is easy to reach the apartment – it is 75m to the nearest tram stop Sparta and 500m to the nearest subway
stop Hradcanská. Main rail station is 5 km far (10 minutes by taxi) and rail station Holešovice is 2 km far (5 minutes by taxi).
The apartment is situated on the way from the airport and the distance of 12 km makes it possible to get there within 20-30 minutes by taxi.
