Penthouse in Central Amsterdam

The apartment could have been cleaner, but perfectly situated close to the center so that you can enjoy yourself on foot. For the car, it is difficult to find a parking space, so there is only an expensive garage near or slightly cheaper outside. The owner is very friendly.

We were very pleased with the apartment and can highly recommend it! The location of the apartment is perfect. The Leidseplein is 10 minutes away and the historic city center is easily reached in 20-30 minutes on foot. If that is too much, which can also take the tram into the center. The bus stop is 5 minutes away from the apartment. We recommend making the journey on foot through the Canal Ring. There are there to marvel at so many interesting and beautiful details that the road to the town is very entertaining. The apartment is located in a quiet and well kept neighborhood. We used to go for breakfast in one of the cafes in the neighborhood. We can recommend "Buffet van Odette" and "Hans et Grietje" very. However, both open until 10.00 clock. For early risers, there is a "Breakfast Bar" across from "Hard Rock Cafe" (10 min walk). Bicycle rental is also only 5 minutes. But we recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Amsterdam, the footpath. The apartment made a clean and streamlined look and is well equipped. It has everything that is needed. What reasons is that the apartment is evident not only apartments, but is partly used by the owner himself. So you live in an original, authentic Amsterdam apartment in just such a house. Here we would like to draw attention to the stairs in the house, which is narrow and steep. The "rise" in the 4th Stock is a little tiring, especially with luggage. Tip:prefer to take two small suitcases as a major. But steep and narrow staircases are typically equal to Amsterdam and in almost all houses. Parking is available on the roadside. But these are usually used and is relatively expensive. We therefore recommend that the park-and-ride car park in the "Olympic Stadium". Here you can park for € 8 a day and get a ticket for the tram to. With the lines 16 and 24 to get comfortable and stress-free to the apartment. We are driven by car to unload the house, have parked the car in the garage and then went back on the tram again. This works without any problems. A few more details: The view from the roof terrace is just lovely out and relaxing. The heater works fine. The water pressure in the shower is relatively low. A supermarket (Aldi) is right next door. Perfect location just south of the tourist hotspots, close to the Van Gogh Museum and all the sites were walking distance. Terrace overlooking the city on one side and windows over the canal and bridges on the other. Big TV, free wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen and would really recommend Odette's restaurant round the corner. Hosts friendly and helpful,

You cannot immagine a better appartement! It´s great situated in the center of Amsterdam but ist´s quiet. Nice balcony and great style of living inside! Very nice and helpful contact to tabe and jess!

The apartment is beautiful and is very well positioned, cmq was just what I wanted.

Excellent location near the apartment leidesplan and the museum area ... The house is very nice and welcoming. E 'therefore an attic stairs to do are many and very steep. The only flaw in my opinion is that the house could be a little cleaner. I think we live the owner and leave only when the rent, so much so that it was full of her belongings and her clothes. The dishwasher was still on and loads .. positive final judgment.
