Great Room in Center of Madrid

Nice flat near Atocha. Very well situated for the 3 most important galleries in Madrid. Araceli was friendly and helpful. However, it should be made clearer on her Wimdu site that there are three doublerooms being let in the flat. The kitchen is ok for 2 but not for 6, and we were not happy with1 bathroom between 6 with no lock on the door, nor were we happy that we could not secure our own room when we were out.

Good stay, only it can be very cold especially in the winter!

Had a great stay here, only bad thing is there are no locks on any of the doors including the bathroom. However, I would definitely book here again!

One room, 2 Floor, in the middle of Madrid Cleanliness: 3/5 - It was the day a noticeable'd diger odor in the home - quite a lot of dust on the cabinets - towels and blankets with stains Location: 5/5 - in the middle of Madrid, all good by rail, reached on foot or by taxi communication: 2/5 - quite difficult if you do not speak Spanish, because you no speak English. But still very friendly. Features: 2/5 - no TV (not even in the common room) - beds spartan right - Room NOT locked (even the bathroom) - wall view (plate-like) - fridge, stove, microwave available - total free wifi: 3/5 If you do not spend much time in the apartment and they actually sleep only for visits, it's okay. Positives: The price is good, the location is great, plus free wi-fi. Negatives: Relatively small and spartan. Then there is the communication problem and not lockable rooms. All in all ok, but nothing more.

The location of the appartment is nice, we visited everything by foot, but we did not like the appartment itself as much. The quality of the room and bathroom were ok, but everything was quite dirty. There were long blond hairs on our pillows when we came, so clearly the bedlinen had not been changed after the last visitor. The floor under the bed was really dusty, and there even was a used foodbowl under the bed. The bathroom has not been cleaned in the four days that we were there (and wasn't clean when we got there), and because we used it with several others, it got quite dirty. The rooms itself were quite nice, as was the location, but a lot could be improved with a bit more cleaning.

The house is perfect for visiting Madrid, close to the Metro and the Retiro Park. Just 10 minutes from the center by public transport. Supermarket nearby pub restaurant downstairs to finish the most of a quiet evening. Clean discreet.

This apartment is really like. The location is very well located, near the center. The apartment is well maintained, the rooms are clean and the bathroom is very modern and nice. Keep in mind that there are other rooms in the apartment rented and that you sometimes so bathroom, living room and kitchen with 7 others to share. Furthermore, a great apartment with perfect value for money.

You have to know that it is a Shared Appartement, that means you have to share bathroom and the small kitchen. If that is ok with you,the room is ok. BUT : you cannot lock the door to your room, which feels really uncomfortable with total strangers in the same flat. But its Central and clean and nice.

Is a lovely place. close of a lot of attractions. Misses Araceli is very friendly and helpful. We love stay in there. Tks
