Lovely Studio in the Marais

We had a pleasant stay in the studio of Mark. It is functional, all the necessary arrangement with a little extra with breakfast. A small downside is some noise late in the evening so it was not too bothered and it may lack a blackout curtain on the window side of the stairs because of the light that cage above. We were welcomed and well informed about the apartment and Paris. The apartment is conveniently located near many subway exit, supermarket, bakery, Pompidou center and restaurants. In short we are very happy with our stay :-) we could easily rebook the studio for a future stay. Anne-Sophie and Jonathan.

We stayed 5 days in Marc's apartment and had fun. Marc was very attentive to us, welcomed us with wine and fresh fruits. The apartment is small but well renovated, has refrigerator and washing machine. The entrance is not very nice and the staircase to the first floor very small. We had the disadvantage of having no time to bathe with hot water. Also recommend the place! Thanks Marc!

The apartment is in a very central area: 150 m from the Pompidou Centre, 300 meters from Notre Dame Cathedral, 15 minutes from the Louvre and other major attractions of the city. The neighborhood is quiet but at the same time there are many places for young people, restaurants, pubs, boulangerie. Are close to many metro stations to reach different areas. The apartment is lovely, small but has it all: functional, well furnished, clean, modern, intimate, great for a stay of torque. Marc is really hospitable greeted us in super time with clean sheets and towels, even giving us a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh fruit. In the fridge there was also a jam jam, milk, fruit juice and croissants pan. Marc was also very helpful, providing information about the neighborhood and on any museums and guided to do .. A very important aspect is that the house is equipped with free WIFI private, satellite TV, phone and small libreria.Se we return to Paris definitely staying here again!! We felt very comfortable in the studio. It is very small, but the location is unbeatable in the Marais and it is equipped. We were impressed by all the little conveniences that you will receive: Red wine, a fruit basket, water, butter, jam and juice in the fridge and bread for your first breakfast. Coffee, tea, sugar, vinegar, oil, everything is there, so you even for a short stay can cook a bit, without having to have to buy everything new. The apartment is, I think, by the incomplete separation of living space and bathroom only suitable for people who have familiarity. The free Wi-Fi and the ability to make calls at no additional cost, we have appreciated.

The studio is situated in the diverse, lively Marais, very good location! The nearest metro station is about a one minute walk away and the center of Paris - the Ile de la Cite - (! For those wishing to discover the way the colorful neighborhood instead of just driving through Paris underground) is within walking distance. Bakeries, supermarkets, cafes and plenty of shops / boutiques nearby. The apartment is small, but very clean and nice. For a couple, close friends or solo travelers ideal! It is with absolutely all the amenities you could wish for: refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, stove, washing machine, TV, stereo, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and free calls to (to my knowledge) all European landlines! Despite its location in the heart of the lively quiet and dark at night. The host is very nice and accommodating. Very flexible about check-in / check-out terms and welcomes guests with a fruit basket, the main staple food for the first hunger and thirst! All in all we can (young couple mid 20) recommend the studio lot. We will also knock on our next visit to Paris definitely stay here!

Marc was very kind and attentive to every detail. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine. E 'was unobtrusive during the stay in his apartment fantastic and very precise in all the information you gave us. Thanks for everything Marc. In a couple of years we will be back. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment third, very functional and restored in accordance with the "beautiful stones". A big thank you to our hosts very welcoming. There we found our new pied-à-terre during our stay in Paris.
