Spacious triple room in Gothic area

Hm, well, where does one begin? OK - the first impression: old house, staircase to the 3rd Stock closely, everything peels - and then, although it is an apartment, but with the tenants "with it" - and bathroom and toilet is shared with each other. For the private sector there is only one room, but that's enough really - if you take it apart, that you would rather not hang anything in the closet - smells a little musty. The tenants: they are very, very nice - and you get the same when seen from the balcony from the living room, a glimpse of life in Barcelona - lively, a little crazy - but this one goes there. Location: perfect to reach Metro in just 2 minutes, and everything else: see the previews. I would "room" recommend only those people who easily in the 3rd Come floor, who do not mind to share with other bath and toilet. Hello, we had 3 great days in Barcelona. The room was clean, towels and sheets were provided or kill thieves were already related, but it is here wirkich only ONE room! In the description is the talk of about 70 square meters apartment, two bedrooms, modern living room, etc. The tenant of the apartment is active, kitchen / living room / bathroom and toilet are shared with this and modern or appealing can not really talk be. The kitchen is very old and not appealing and also the first impression on the stairs is not overwhelming,,,,, Alex, but the tenants of this apartment is really nice, has good tips for Barcelona and is just sympathetic. Well, and the location is terrific. 1 min walk from Las Ramblas, all reachable by foot .... awesome ...... So if you really only need the accommodation for the night, all is well, for the price and location are great, if the claim is a little higher on the property, I think this is not recommended .... for families in my eyes sometimes not ...... After our initial shock, we have started from an apartment and not only of a room and the fact that we really wanted to just stay there, it was ok then. Sabine

Hosts (Kasia & Alex) were very nice and helpful. Room was quite nice, just perfect for 3 person. However it was a bit torn comparing to attached pictures. Apartment is located in the very best part of Barcelona. We're very satisfied and contented about our stay, especially considering price, location and our hosts.

This apartment can judge, unfortunately, because we were taught something else. The other apartment at Violet was quite alright.

The contact with our host prior to our arrival was very good, we were informed about everything worth knowing well. Its location is perfect, very central but quiet. We were warmly welcomed and were given lots of tips for beautiful places, good food and sights. Immediately we felt: what luck to have chosen this neighborhood. The hotel overall was very clean and spacious. Sharing the cozy living room and kitchen, bathroom and toilet was easy and relaxed. The cheerful and relaxed atmosphere made us feel: Yes, here I am happy to at home for a few days. - I will continue to Wimdu nuzten happy and also a friend. Really good!

We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable, and very well suited to our needs. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and were very hospitable. I would recommend the apartment to any friends or family planning to visit Barcelona.

No such a good experience even though Alex and his girlfriend are really nice. But the add is presented a bit in a way that it looks like your renting an appartment. But in fact you're renting a room. That really wasn't the issue but we did not feel free to use any other space other than our bedroom. And the lock on the frontdoor should really really really be replaced. We can say this after having tried to open the door for 20 minutes in the pouring rain. Again: nice people but we wouldn't do it again.

I ... very welcome alternative to the usual anonymous hotel apartment and also sharing with Alex and Katie for their kindness and availability! In the heart of the Gothic quarter I was able to breathe at their full life of Barcelona and get to the centers of the main historical and artistic interest! Pina
