Cozy appartment

Price / quality ok. Stay 20-29 May for 2 people for only € 150.00 is obviously not much money. Converted no tenner per night per person! The area is fine with living room, kitchen with sitting area, small bathroom with half bath, parent and 1 single bedroom, small balcony with two person bench and table (just big enough for breakfast.) Large downsides, however, we found: - not clean (especially the kitchen, stove, oven and tableware, which was really dirty.) - unsafe to bed with short loose boards should act as a bed base. This dropped several times by the bed, all by sitting on the bed. The sides of the bed, therefore, attracted with references rope against each other so that the boards were not in between from ... - There is rubbish everywhere and consumer of the person living there if the apartment is not rented, not so tidy! (Items which there were: old worn abrasive cloth for washing utensils, mess in the wardrobe, used toiletries ... (It seems normal that you find an empty bathroom, where you can create your own toiletries lost ..) In short: despite the reasonable price / quality, we do not recommend this apartment. way We wonder whether the Wimdu bed and breakfast sleeping facilities are monitored at all? (particularly on safety, cleanliness, etc.)

A very special place ! I dont know what other people would say but I liked every personal detail and enjoyed it. Very friendly people, not far from the tourist areas.

Lives up to the description - "downtown cosy home" - it was all three! A good sized apartment generously furnished. Vasilis was very friendly and helpful and will offer any local advice and guidance needed. The location was a short metro ride or 20min walk to the centre of Athens; the only downside was that the immediate area seems rather run-down, although I did not encounter any problems.

I had a great time staying here with Vasilis and Sophia - they were extremely friendly, very helpful and did their very best to ensure the comfort and happiness of their guests. The flat is amazing - lots of Greek history and art decor, and the location is very convenient for taking in all the main areas of Athens even on foot! Very highly recommended. I can recommend Vasilis place in Athens with best conscience. Vasilis is helpful, friendly and you can ask him for anything. He even offered me to pick me up at any time and from whereever I want, because I was travelling alone and he thought I'd might feel uncomfortable at night when walking home alone. He had loads of good advices for me. The flat itself is big, well furnished, the air condition works perfectly and quiet (not like in cheap hostels, where you have to decide if you wanna have a well-tempurated room or a quiet night..). I loved to spend nighttimes out on the really big balcony. Even not far away from the next metro-station (3 min), this place is highly recommended!!! BIG UP!

The best part about staying here was meeting vasilis, and truly living like a local. Athens is a fascinating place. It could be intimidating and difficult without the right advice and direction. Vasilis was so friendly and very helpful, we immediately felt like we had a good friend. The air conditioning is the apartment was a huge bonus. It is spacious and homely, with everything u need. Comfortable bed, and in the heat of summer, it was a cool place, safe secure and well located. Lots of very cool street art,theatre and performance spaces nearby, acropolis a 30 min interesting walk.

Breakfast of nice, we had the privilege of having pancakes for breakfast. Against by the district is abandoned. The apartment is spacious but furnished with recovery and missing two mattresses in the beds of a person.

It was a very nice stay thanks to Vassilis. The flat is big and comfortable. We highly recommend you to stay at his place!

A great thinker (?) used to say that one has never 2 times a chance to give a 1st good impression... I am sure that my host is able to give many times this expected "1st good impression" one needs to feel all right. I had a very pleasant journey in Athens.
