Apartment in the Historic Center

Our stay in Valencia in the apartment of Juan. Good fun and receipt by him. There was a bottle with a Valencian liqueur ready on the table ... very nice! All the information you could ask him if you need thereof had and we also got some tips from him to do in Valencia. The stay includes breakfast ..... but do not suggest you do too much for. In the kitchen with a bowl including toast, div. sweets, jam and a pot of tea bags and coffee for a few days. Furthermore, a carton of milk and a pack of orange juice ... that's it. Also really was not clean, the floor was for example locally quite dirty and the bottom sheet were also places .... we saw after the removal of the bedding. The hood and the hob had acc. never seen me soapy water. For the rest it was pretty clean. The house where the apartment is completely renovated, even with lift. Cozy living room, good bed and full kitchen. Furthermore, the location really perfect! You're so in the center and all the amenities you need, such as cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. are very close. All in all a great location and nice accommodation for little money.

Valencia is great and so is the appartement of Juan. Nice and cosy, we felt like home. Good beds! A few minutes walk to a nice square and the centre of Valencia. Thank you Juan, for your hospitality.

Great apartment ideally located for nights out in the old town. We arrived late at night partly due to a delayed flight but it wasn't a problem. Juan was very easy to deal with throughtout the booking and helpful with providing info. Nice touches like tea, coffee and breakfast snacks make all the difference. Fantastic value for money. I hope to return next year and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend.

Juan was a great host, he was on time and the contact class. The apartment is located very central, very clean. Especially the details have us joy. Breakfast superb and we will certainly try again to live with him. Thank you!

Vorrei vivamente consigliare la casa di Juan a tutti quanti single, famiglie, amici e coppie. L'appartamente è centrale, comodo a piedi, metro e bus; superattrezzato e pulito come dalle foto. Grazie a Juan per la disponibilità e gentilezza. I would strongly advise the house of Juan to everyone: singles, families, friends and couples. The flat is centrally located, easy walk, metro and bus; comfortable and clean as the photos. Thanks to Juan for his helpfulness and kindness.

The flat is absolutely great - central, quiet, cool and very very functional. The furniture and kitchen is all new and clean. You can walk everywhere or rent a bike from a place just round the corner. You really couldn't ask for more,except perhaps for wifi and a soap dish in the beautiful shower!! Then it really would be perfect. A personal thankyou to Juan and his sister Lola for all her useful tips at the start of our stay.

I could not choose better apartment in Valencia, as well as being very nice and clean is also in the city center just a few steps from the main attractions of the city. The owner is also extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

The apartment in the historic center of Valencia is a good deal. After an enjoyable night in town your bed is never far away. The apartment is clean and the coffee is good.

The apartment is simply delicious (even more than in the picture!). Bright, clean, equipped with every comfort and attention to detail, it is ideal for a pleasant stay in the beautiful Valencia.
