Renovated Studio Upper East Side

Apartment, as described, clean in the center near the metro, okay, just a little noisy, but maybe it's typical of the apartments in Manhattan.

A very nice apartment to stay a week in New York, calm even if there is work for the metro in front. Spacious enough for 3 people thanks to comfortable bed and sofa. Owner available when we meet a serviable.A worries and his staff know the metro is 5 or 10 min walk. We recommend this apartment.

The location is really good cause you are in the upper east side,with a supermarket,bus stop,laundries and subway close to the building. The apartment is really nice,well furnished,well conditioned for the cold of the winter,with good internet. The main disadvantages are that its a bit expensive,even for being in the upper east cause you are in the 93rd.it's also very noisy because of the construction of the new subway line in the 2nd avenue, so you have to know this

Nice apt. Fine location and close to the sub. Suited 4 persons very well, not more though. Very flexible considering arrival time and keys. The surroundings of the apt. were kind of a construction site at the time of our stay, but as long as you weren't at home at day time, it wasn't bothering much.

The apartment was very convenient, clean, and for 2 completely ausreichend.Alle major shops were nearby. Public transport like the subway could be easily reached.

Me and my three friends stayed in this wonderful and charming appartment for a week - and we loved it! It was comfortable, modern, cosy, very clean and tasteful. There was enough room and storage for four people and their luggage. The location is also good, the next subway station (96th street) and several supermarkets are about 5 walking minutes away. The only downside was the huge construction site on 2nd Avenue and right in front of the appartment, where they are bulding the new subway line; luckily we were only disturbed once by the workers in the morning, so the construction site really didn't bother us that much. All in all, the appartment really felt like a small home to us and we would love to stay there again some time, it was a great experience.

The unit complies with photos, great for a trip to New York. You have to close businesses that you permetterons to cook fashionable New Yorker. The Tube is a few minutes walk. The restaurants are just on the ground floor. Currently, the city execute work for the metro, it does not disturb you if you walked the whole day to explore this beautiful city. You have to look perfect internet or find some things, or book your cutlery for dinner. Perfect accommodation for 2,3 or 4 people not more. You have a cooling very important for our stay because it was very heavy.

The apartment is very well located close to everything: metro, trade ... by cons there any work on the 2nd avenue we and our host was not specified and it is a shame to be woken at 7am on vacation!

Check in/out The host will not be there in order to give a short introduction. The keys must be picked up at another place. Ok. Apartment Towels, clean linen, dishes etc. will be provided. The apartment is smaller than it seems from the pictures. However it is fine for 2 people. The apartment is conveniently located (super market, bars, restaurants, Starbucks, subway 96st nearby). Central park in 6 min walk reachable. Nevertheless it is quite loud, due to thin walls (neighbors, traffic). The carpet is disgusting, not recommendable to go there barefoot. Altogether it is okay as the location surroundings and the subway to the city is good. But in terms of pricing the apartment is too expensive as it is not that clean and spacious as it seems from the published pictures.
