Central, Comfy Apartment, Rome (San Clemente)

The facilities are in accordance with the announcement. The apartment is on the second floor of a building in a busy 10 minutes from the Colosseum and the metro station of the same name street. We could easily reach Achilles told us a few things about the neighborhood, transportation, tours. It also allowed us to leave our luggage a few more hours because there was no one behind us. The apartment has a well-equipped room, a kitchen with a few dishes, but nothing to do the dishes. Anyway, there is no table suitable for eating. The bathroom is a good size, the tub is tiny and its bottom is not flat, which makes it quite difficult to shower. Cleaning is done between each arrival. Note that the bedroom window was of poor quality, which is annoying for an apartment overlooking a rather busy street even if one way: it is rather noisy. I guess the insulation must also be poor.

Essential information given by Achilles our arrival it is true that the apartment is ideally located at the foot of the Colosseum very close to the center of Rome, close to all transport common however that everything is clean linen (sheets and towels ) this is not the case of the apartment in general: bathroom trash with broken, cracked sink and without cap, hip bath not only very small but with scaled screen unusable shower, a closet filled with a pile blankets and pillows in every sense, a kitchenette certainly very attractive at first glance but turns out later: oven unusable due to dilapidation and dirt behind the curtain beautiful electric blue a bunch of old sponges and household products; of anyway table for a bite to eat in the apartment. Overall it is certain that I would not recommend this apartment as mm for a price that is no exaggeration when mm can wait a little longer care

good location but the street is the house is close traffic transport, markets and restaurants. The table too small and ill-equipped kitchen without utensils. The bathroom is also very functional and shower lejas almost loses agua.la uncomfortable and uncomfortable bed.

Achille was a wonderful host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location, good restaurants, bars, market, shop with fresh fruit and vegetables - all with a view of the Colosseum.

Achille is a wonderful host! He was waiting for us at the apartment and told us where everything we might need was in the local area. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished and you really can see the Colosseum out of the window - highly recommended! (NB it's quite small but I can't see how this could be a problem for 2 people - it has everything you might need - hair dryer, towels, bedding, iron, kitchenet etc.)

Close by bus stations as well as the metro that will take you anywhere you need to go. The apartment had everything you needed. The only downside was that it was extremely hot in there and we had the fan running all day and all night. But it's Italy, of course it will be hot. AC would have been nice though.

The apartment is very well located, ten minutes from the Coliseum is a true beauty! Y pass morning and evening is a delight! Achilles, however, was obviously in a hurry and we do not therefore necessarily very knowledgeable about public transport, supermarket, bakery etc. ... close. But it was a delightful stay and the apartment and a very good value for money. You can only be happy!
