Thank you to Cristina and Paulo for their great sense of hospitality! No sooner had we arrived in Rome that Crisitina asked us to keep it informed of our arrival to pick us up at the train station near her home. We felt from the first seconds a member of our family welcomed us ... What a pleasure! A few minutes later we arrived home. The first impression was very positive from the outside the place is very well maintained small garden lawn flower small terrace. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable, it is not very big but it is very sufficient! A small kichen furniture in isolation from the rest of the main room, a large closet very convenient to get fit its business. A small bathroom very comfortable and very clean with all the convenience of storage. Cristina and Paulo we have installed a small table with two chairs on the porch outside the apartment. It was very nice to look at his mail and take the coffee out. Cristina has a great sense of hospitality, it has given us all the advice we needed. It is a quiet location, just 5 minutes walk from the train to Rome, about 15 minutes from the Vatican and 20 minutes from the historic center. It is very easy to access and very nice when the night to be in the green tranquility 2 steps of Roman monuments and tourist madness we went back was really nice.We will return as soon as possible at Cristina Paulo and I highly recommend it to my family and friends. We just returned from Rome with our 6 month old baby and I have to say we were very pleased with our stay in the CASA MIA. The apartment is very well located, just 15 minutes by train from the Vatican (10 minutes walk to get to the station). Route and visit Rome are easily (even stroller!) And the apartment is very quiet. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa owners and a sofa bed very comfortable, bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. As for the owners ... Cristina and Paul are really extremely friendly, they welcomed us as if we were their guests (and not just tenants), while leaving us our complete independence. Despite our late arrival, they did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible: they have repaired the spaghetti first night because we did not have time to shop, paid a little extra heating because we had a little cold the first night (stay in November) ... not to mention all the little touches left in the apartment (small samples for breakfast, linen and toiletries for the bathroom, prospectus to visit Rome and surrounding areas, ...). We strongly recommend CASA MIA for your stay in Rome. Thank you again Paul and Cristina for their warm welcome and will certainly return next time!

Very nice place to stay if traveling to Rome. Located away from the bustle of downtown with very hospitable hosts. It's nice to return the center to rest in this place. Cristina and Paul are fantastic! We went to look for the train station and at all times gave us tips about Rome. As soon as you walk into your apartment, have all kinds of brochures and information about Rome. Without doubt, a nice place ...

Cristina and Paolo were some of my favorite hosts. Not only did they wait up super late (due to out missed train) but then gave us the full tour of their property. The best part about this apartment is all the small details. They leave shampoo, soap, small crackers and jam and juice for you. It really makes it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quite quiet and super close the the train into town. Make sure to check this place out. It is a bargain and Cristina is incredibly nice and will make sure to help you out and check up on you.

For those looking for a comfortable and functional apartment, not too far from the center, not too expensive, and run by a nice owner, attentive and smiling, this one is for you! - Allow 45 minutes on average (range wide, without hurry, but taking into account the influx and waiting at subway, train and / or bus) to connect the center: you can opt for a ride metro / bus (the 998), it will take you 100 meters from the apartment, or a ride subway / train where you have to rely a short 10 minute walk from the train station and the apartment The apartment is nickel very clean and quiet, ideal for 2 people: one room with sofa bed (mattress super comfortable) and a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Thoughtful little details (samples toast, olive oil, jam, coffee, ... ideal for small everyday things that we do not need to buy. - The owners live above, but are very discreet. Cristina picked us up at the train station, we testified before the supermarket and at the end of our stay, we were escorted to the station by car. We recommend it with closed eyes, and remember the address for a next visit to Rome

Quiet location despite playing fields are located right next door, but in the early morning and late evening is not working more. Very nice mini-apartment with everything you need! And cheap! Verkerhsanbindung is a bit poor especially the evening! Arriving by car would be an advantage! Buses do not run regularly! But who is a walk of about 20 minutes to the train station is not afraid (for since the trains run on time at least) .... Right next door is Kionkoplex with mall because you get everything you need!

Highly recommended apartment! We were in 15min at the Vatican by train and it takes just a few minutes more to the centre of Rome! The host is more than just nice - she fetched us from the train station (even its just a walk of 10mins to the apartment) and the apartment is full equipped - from salt to detergent! Its in a big villa in a very quiet street and hood - compared to the noisy Rome its a perfect place to sleep!

What a great and lovely time we had in Rome! Beautiful city but of course very crowded. At night we were very happy to return to our cosy appartment, well connected to the heart of the city. And if you're a catlover like us, you'll certainly love the place :) Cristina and her husband are very nice and hospitable, ready to help and give all the information. We'll certainly go back!

Friendly host, eager to help. Room is small but clean and cosy. It's close to the trainstation (10 min walk) but relatively far from the centre (20 min by train to the nearest metrostation). Good place to stay though.
