Cozy 3 bedroom Apartment on Upper East Side - 8361

Negative: No elevator, locks work poorly, internet did not work, we had the first few days but in 1 room aircon. No kitchen. But one key for 4 adults. Positive: The beds were perfect and it was clean. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable with plenty of shops and restaurants. Metro (green line) is within walking distance (+ / -10 min) from the apartment.

apartment clean ok but very noisy. Had power outage two days without electricity in kitchen + fridge and some stay before surgery. Home office very average.

The agency is a bit far from the apartment, but overall the staff was friendly and available to tenants. There was a guard who spoke French and was very nice! Be careful, because the box for internet was not working when we were there. The area in which is located the apartment is really good, but it is too far from a subway station, over the apartment itself is very small, faint, I think for the proposed service apartment is quite expensive. Photos of the ad does not correspond at all to the apartment we had.

Apartment very well located in a quiet area that rises and moves (very kind!). Small restaurants and bars very nice next door. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment is pitiful (we spent 3 hours to clean everything when we arrived, no vacuum or mop!). Also note that 3 of 5 rooms are in a converted basement very succinctly and are blind. One of the rooms on the ground floor overlooking the garbage room. Only one shower room and very small bathroom. The second bathroom is actually a WC with washbasin.

a very good and extremely well located apartment, most things to do within walking distance, metro very close, check over the weekend, however, costs just $ 40 extra! The supply of a sister organization for a cheap transfer from the airport is incorrect: a regular cab has a flat rate from the airport and is much cheaper than the supply for the airport shuttle: do not do it! Apartment is recommended, clean and well equipped, good beds!

Great location on Lexington with three subway lines within 5 minutes of walking, everything working in the apartment. The place was clean upon arrival. It's suitable for 4 people, the fold out sofa was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep upon if you have a fifth person with you. We left our bags at the office before catching our midnight flight and it all turned out real good.

The apartment was clean and modern, the bedrooms were huge upstairs with walk in Wardrobes and the master bedroom had an ensuite. Each room had their own LCD TV mounted on the wall with cable channels. It was still a little cold in April but the apartment was always warm and toasty. There was spare bedding and pillows for everyone if we needed. The appliances in the whole apartment were all top notch. We all washed and dried clothes & towels daily. The location was walking distance from Times Square and the Rockefeller centre and very close to 5th Ave where all the shopping action is at. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to larger groups travelling to NYC.

We just have spent 5 days in New York in this apartment we had booked on the internet. While it is very well placed, and I would recommend volontié, if you spent a few days in this fantastic city,,,,,, any time, despite the great location, it is imperative that the owner of the premises still see a copy ,,,,,,,,, it is important to know ifyou rent it, as we hear from the outside and ventilation, especially aunniveau a bedroom, missing, cloths, égoutoir for dishes, the electricity is a again, no bedside lamp that works??? no window in the main room, the shower curtain not great at all, lack a shower mat, and also lack of blackout curtains at the windows,, , if the maid dana is very nice, the home very nice,, the pictures do not represent what we see on arrival, else the room doors close properly, and the front door, despite all these inconveniences we spent a great stay, and if were to go, and although I leases it back, because the location is top,,,,, not far from time square, 34 avenue, etc., in short, a great location, ,,,,,, we keep great memories,,,,,,,,
