Large Flat on Madison Avenue, NY - 8297

Great apartment not so far from the subway. We were with 5 persons. When we come back to NY we will take this again. However we missed money Someone must have been in our apartment when we where not there. We think that some one else has also a key. That's not a pleasant thought. The day before we left a person came at the door with a strange story that he had to pickup something. He had the idea that he would check if we were there. We recommend a securitybox.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Close to the Guggenheim Museum and the MET. Metro bus at the door and around the corner. There were six and that was OK for a week. For a long time it should not be more than four persons, as two of sleep in the living room. The organization is easy and good! Bed linen and towels are plentiful. We would book the apartment in any case again.

Location of property on top of two shops !!!! Very noisy at night - road traffic Had a breakin - property not secure- NYPD involved The property does not have three bedrooms - 3rd bedroom is the lounge area. Very dissapointed, bad experience to think someone could enter the property.

The apartment was technically in order, dishes, beds and kitchen. The location is central with good transport links. Large suitcases are through the narrow stairwell difficult to transport (3rd floor). Because of the central location should not be sensitive to noise. The trash removal in the stairwell had to be claimed.

Fantastic location! This is a great apartment, and a great base if you're planning to view the sights on New York! Getting the keys was pretty straight-forward, the rooms were all clean an good-sized. Only criticism was the sofa-bed, which looked pretty old and wasn't particularly comfortable. On the whole though, good value and would stay again!

This is not the housing that we occupied. Wimdu practicing overbooking (voluntary or not, I doubt ...) it would be good if the proposed housing exchange is really equivalent to the initial offer, because for the same price, benefits change, the fourth level of style without lift entrance hall and smelly building, dirty and dangerous stairs, broken door locks, no dishwasher, taps clogged ... In fact we were redirected to an apartment on 22th Street, 1st Avenue certe which was clean and well equipped inside, according to the pictures but the address and the floor we were announced at the last minute and still on request and for good reason. Damage. The stay was pleasant but despite noisy nights due to nearby hospitals (ambulances blaring).

Well located near central park and subway ( 1 and C) . Perfect for a week in new york

Apartment very well located in Manhattan. Quiet. Very clean. One flaw: the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Sensitive dos abstain.

an extremely negative opinion ... 1 - when we retrieve the keys in another place (not very practical), gave us the wrong address! 2 - we found the apartment in a mess (dishes not made, room terrible bath). A maid has finally arrived in the late afternoon. We actually recovered the apartment to 20h. Iimpossible to sleep at night so there was noise in the street (no insulation) 4 - the best: two huge bins were stationed near our door, what a welcome! We used to travel but we have never experienced such a "disappointment."

The apartment was clean and neat, but more suitable for 4 people. There is no trust and bord.Det is fine with kitchen, but there is a place to sit. The location is central and there is much traffic noise.
