The laying of the fist stone of what woud become the martime district of Barcelona took place in febraury, 3, 1753. Barcelona, and La Barceloneta offfers to its visitors many places to discover, with its social and cultural history.
Close to the old port, I offer this charming ground floor with double window, next to the market and the role of Barceloneta, historical and authentic Barcelona. It has a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, is fully equipped (TV, Internet, air-conditioning, washer/dryer machine, fridge, hairdryer, iron) and ready to live. At 2 minutes from the metro station "Barceloneta" (Line 4), well connected by bus which takes you to the 4 corners of Barcelona. It is located in the heart of the friendly atmosphere and vibrant neighborhood, or is the best known restaurants seafood and other specialties, as well as tapas bar. There are shops of all kinds. The Barceloneta beach is 200 meters and you reach the city center in 5 minutes along the quay of the old port.

And we can´t forget the the many wineries "Bodegas" with their barrels where you can buy bulk wine still
This district special for his particular way of life, where already you can see the neighbours seating in his chair on the front door of their home , or the laundry drying on the sidewalks, or view the old fishermen playing card on the edge of the maritime promenade and making this district safe and secure because of the life of the neighbours outside.
That makes that I live in this district, and I´m present for anything you need .
