Clean and spacious double with room with a lot of sun ,for rent in the heart of the gothic quarter in a private apartment. All the rooms have a big window. We are a couple living here , both of us are visual artists, working with photography, video end graphic design. We rent out 2-3 rooms for tourists, cause our flat is super big, so still we live quite separately. There are 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen where you can make your breakfast, tea or cafe anytime, but not cook please! We are at a very good location, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cool shops, small and big squares, close to the sea!
It is 3 minutes walk to the Rambla, 2 minutes to the Plaza Reial, 5 minutes to the Port Vell, 10 minutes to the Gothic Cathedral, two different metro lines just 5 minutes walk away as well. The flat has a unique atmosphere, typical old Barcelona style, top floor . We are on the 4th floor without elevator! If you are looking for a party place please search for an other place, we are looking for relaxed people.WIFI, towels, bedsheets, morning cafe or tea are included. Possibility for breakfast.
