What a great location. Only a 10-minute walk to the subway and even closer to Prospect Park. It felt very safe.
The room was maybe a bit smaller than I was expecting but for one person for three nights it was fine. And Judith was so welcoming and friendly.
It was a nice stay. Room and bath room were very clean and also cleaned every day. The neighorhood is very quiet and green, good to rest from a exhausting day in central New York. Next subway station is only 8 min by foot and brings you directly in the center of Manahattan within 30min. Judith was a nice host, I can recommend this room for a short stay in New York.
I had a really great time in New York and in Judiths accomodation. She was really nice to me (thank you for the wonderful "apple a day" - that was really great) and made me feel absolutely comfortable in her beautiful Brooklyn house - not only by making the bed each day, but also by nice conversations. Subway is just a few minutes away and I could get to Manhattan in only a 30 minutes ride. Just next to the street I found beautiful Prospect Park which is really great to stroll around (and a "Dunkin Donut" at a gas station right next to the park provides a nice sweetie for the stroll). The room at Judith's is exactly like in the photos, a quiet and comfortable and beautifully decorated room with a fine mattress on the bed where I could get really good rest after a long day in Manhattan, provided with a fan if it gets too hot in the summer. For me it was a home for one week and I liked it very much.
