As this is an inn, it is essential that the coexistence of all be civilized and respectful. For this to happen, some basic rules should be conventional and well kept.
1 - You have every right to bring visitors, but these will not be allowed to use the services available to guests. It remains your responsibility to any problem that may cause.
2 - You can use everything that is common in the house (kitchen, living room and outdoor), always respecting the rules of coexistence and keep clean the areas used, soiled the dishes that collect personal items that are scattered throughout the house and eventually bothering to colleagues, hang laundry in designated areas etc..
3 - The house has wireless internet. To use the network on your laptop ask about the password. The computer is in the room can be used to access short and not for development projects and student work.
4 - There is a refrigerator for the exclusive use of guests where you can store anything you want. We suggest to label products that others do not use them. Likewise, only use the food you put in the refrigerator.
5 - The house has a housekeeper who will work for 5 to 6 days a week to ensure the cleanliness of common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. Cleaning is daily and linen change is weekly.
6 - The guest will not be entitled only to:
- Make any changes in the structure of the room how to paint the walls, bringing furniture, paste stickers or pictures on the walls, replace light fixtures, cabinets, etc..
- Have pets;
- They are not allowed to carry or use illicit drugs;
- Playing games of chance;
- Make use of non-residential house;
