15 min to Hongdae & Sinchon #10

A great place to say, long as well as short-term. 10-15 minutes to Hongdae with the bus and just a minute away to the closest seven-eleven and Lotte supermarket. The Myongji area is mixed with many different kinds of restaurants and stores and has a pretty calm atmosphere. The apartments are small but well planned. You might want to have a couple of extra blankets if you live here during the colder time of the year. I truly recommend a stay here and don't be surprised if Mr Kim invites you to a dinner or two – accept and enjoy.

Nice small room with washing machine, kokplata and a fully functional tolett with shower. In addition, a very nice Mr. Kim (owner), help with everything you might need help! Is warmly recomended!

The location is good, the apartment is very clean and very cosy. Mr Kim is a nice & hospitable building manager. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this to anyone!

I want to thanks Mr. Kim for his care and his kindness. The room is small but it's a single one and there is almost everything.

The location was really good. Safe neighborhood, many restaurants and grocery stores right minutes away. It had great transportation, buses that brought you anywhere you needed and it was right next to a University, so there were many young people. The room had everything you needed, especially an air-conditioner right above your bed. The best part, Mr Kim the landlord. He was amazing, very helpful both with directions and with explaining everything on your first day. Definitely a huge plus as it made you feel more safe, comfortable and less stressed.

Mr. Kim is extremely friendly and goes out of his way to make you feel at home! You'll love it here.
