Spectacular apartment in a Baroque Palace (Ca' Degli Armeni)

Overall, our view is very positive. Goodies: House very well located, charming little street near a busy square, a ferry boat stop, one of the few bridges over the Grand Canal, close to two mini-markets (including one open on Sundays) a very suitable catering and everything yet quiet. The photos are true and accurate, the property is very well equipped, 3 toilets, 2SDE, 2ch, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen. Everything is new (painting, electicity, health, frames ...) and generally in good condition. Beautiful antique furniture. The agency that handles the rent is very professional, someone came to greet us Vaporetto, everyone speaks French, check in and check out does not last more than 5 mn.Ils knew we further find solutions babysitting quality. Cons: The house is on the ground floor of a very narrow street (1.5m max), as found in Venice: it is very dark. Electric light is essential, even at noon. But hey, who cares us in the day we walked. I even think that in the heat of summer, it can be an asset. The course / garden vraiement private and beautifully decorated, in which we took many drink and food, however, is quite wet (seen in May) with a slippery surface. But again, that we were not general. In short, exactly what we were looking for one room for parents (1 bed 160, shower, dressing), 1 room for children (2 to 80 beds, shower) and space not to walk on.Olivier (stay in early May 2013)

Very nice flat, the description matches the reality. We especially liked the window seats in the kitchen/living room - sitting there you can directly raise your glass of whine or "spritz" to the gonoliere passing by. High risk of showing up on hundreds of photos.... The people of views-on-venice who handle all the management (exchanging keys, pick-up at the vaporetto, ...) were very friendly and professionel.

we had a wonderfull time in this beautifull, charming and well located appartment. The welcome service was very good too. We will come back !
