Fully equipped very comfortably furnished two-room old apartment for up to 4 people in a popular neighborhood located in Charlottenburg near Stuttgarter Platz, Kantsstr. Savignyplatz and Kurfürstendamm. Messe Berlin is also within a few minutes and to Berlin-Mitte you take the public transportation and drive comfortably without having change from the station "Charlottenburg". Nearby are many restaurants, bars and shops.
The size of the apartment is 64sqm. It has two very spacious rooms with smooth parquet. one serves as a bedroom with desk and the other as the living and dining area with comfortable sofa bed. In the fully equipped kitchen, everything is there what you need for short and long stays (including washing machine)

The apartments are available on your arrival date after 3pm. Rooms must be vacated on your day of departure by 11am. There is a fee for late arrivals: on or after 9pm. a fee of € 25, and on or after 11pm. a fee of € 40 will be charged. The final cleaning charge provides bedlinen and towels. The apartment is a strictly non smoking apartment. It is not allowed to celebrate partys.
We have worked with our daughters had a nice stay in Berlin. The host was very friendly and our accommodation was fine. If you arrive in the stairwell you think initially well well what an old and dusty hassle. But the apartment was totally fine, very spacious and bright. The kitchen and bathroom were fairly new, and the furniture and bedding. If we have to think a little tip, it is that the apartment was on the fourth floor, but that was to be okay for our condition. The train was about 500 meters away and the subway. Lidl nearby where we went to get. Daily fresh pastries and croissants We look back with pleasure on our stay in Berlin.
I liked the apartment very much. Large bedroom as well as living room. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Free internet. 4th floor with no lift. This is not a worry if you do not have massive luggage and it is a advantage as the street the apartment is on is quite noisy, but 4th floor makes it ok. And the apartment has also very good new windows, so the night sleep was just fine. I would come back. Nice and easy walk to Charlottenburg S-bahn, 2 stops to the messe and only a short ride to Hauptbahnhof. Also only few min. walk from the apartment is excellent shopping area as well as street full of restaurants. Area feels safe. Overall rating would be excellent.

Certainly nice apartment, layout and location of the apartment well. Unfortunately, there were some shortcomings, w-LAN did not work, TV worked only partially, the room door did not close, and in the small bathroom had only one catch. The basic cleaning was poor, the dishwasher is not resolved, the 2nd Key only brought to intense demand. Too bad, with a little more care and attention to detail one would certainly recommend this apartment can.
I give three stars. The large rooms were tastefully decorated, but there was also a kitchen and a "bath". Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment is on the 4th Floor - was not it a lift. The busy Kaiser-Friedrich-Str. provides for an early start to the day. The parking space was serious. S-and U-Bahn and shops are nearby.
It was a great Aufenfhalt in a very nice, fully equipped and centrally located apartment. There was nothing! Perfect contact with the owner, absolutely friendly and very reliable. THANK YOU, until next time
The apartment looked nice, just like the pictures on the site. Communication was excellent! + Points all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, TV, iron were present - no lift points, noise from the street, small bathroom

Nice apartment on the outskirts of the city, close location to public transport. No extras (bicycles, books about berlin similar), but flexibility and a clean, quiet apartment with excellent bed and new bathroom. Fine apartment with beautiful views. Two good sized rooms with comfortable double beds and two large and well-functioning bathrooms. The more negative was that we had read about the apartment, there were six beds and two of them turned out to be a bad sofa bed in the living room. It is not good enough - not for the price. The apartment is for four people. In addition, there were a lot of lights that did not work, so the light was extremely poor especially in the living room and the kitchen. Kitchen equipment was beneath contempt. There was bad a sharp knife that could cut an onion. Kitchen equipment should be optimized if the apartment to be rented out for the expensive price.
You will be refunded half of the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee.
