Apartment like a house (ground floor) of 70 m² cozy, airy and well decorated. It has two bedrooms, living room and dining room, kitchenette, bathroom, covered patio, barbecue, garden with pool and garage space for one car. Ideal for families.
There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in another. Both have air conditioning. The bed linen is provided and is changed weekly.
The room is equipped with a cable TV 40 ", a home theater, a DVD player, wireless internet, a sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with three stools, a microwave oven, coffee machine , a small refrigerator and cooking utensils. the bathroom is renovated with luxury shower stall with shower and hot water heated gas.
In the courtyard there is a hammock and provides comfortable seating. The garden is full of flowers around a stone water fountain, there's a swimming pool and a slide for small children.
The apartment is located in a charming street between Santa Teresa and Gloria, two blocks from the metro station Glória and next to Flamengo park and Flamengo beach, Catete, Point of Lapa, Rio's historic center and the famous streets of Santa Teresa.
