good hospitality of the host, easy contact. lending a helpful tablet for internet. what is lacking is the home sheets in French to more easily understand the flow of the return of the keys. housing is a bit tight for 5 people (2 adults and 3 teenagers). the dishes level lacks coffee and pans are used, small jobs are expected in the kitchen (drawers, fridge ...), the bathroom needs a clean shot (shower curtain held oddly, ventilation dirty, very dirty mirror). the apartment needs a good cooling in work and household. to the location it is well located close to the DLR and trade 10-minute walk to the terminus of Beckton. for the neighborhood, we were treated to a dog howling at 7:00 am (UK time) and the walls are very thin. we had a pleasant stay under the sun londonnien, we will return.
We (2 adults, 2 children) spent 5 wonderful days in London. The handover of the apartment went smoothly and quickly. Even with issues rel. the trip were Sol and Abu very courteous and helpful. Thank you very much. The house offers enough space for a family (bunk bed for kids), it is the fast public transport in the city, in the vicinity there are good shopping and during the night it is quiet. From the cute little house you could get even more quality. Some repair work, a thorough cleaning and freshening would be required to. A little noisy.
We (5 adults) stayed at the Remington Road Apartment for four nights. The apartment is situated in Beckton and can be reached via city-train (Dockland Light Railways, DLR, Royal Albert station) within 30 minutes from the city center. (London City Airport is located nearby.)
Shorttime visitors should buy an Oyster-Card to use public transport (bus, underground, DLR-trains).
The apartment has a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas cooking station, oven and a washing machine (excluding dryer). Several food markets are located within foot distance. The apartment has a tiny frontyard and a small backyard. Unfortunately walls to the neighboring flats are thin. Sleeping sites are a double-bed, a bunk-bed and the couch.
The overall appearance is good, but cleaning could be done more in-depth and some minor repair works need to done. I would not recommend staying with five or more persons because it gets very tight, but it is possible.
Summary: Suitable for short-time visitors (=<4 adults) with a acceptable cost-performance ratio.

We stayed at this apartment for 4 days, we were 6 people we were good although the apartment is ideal for 5 people! The apartment is comfortable and convenient for public transport (10 minutes walk from the metro), the neighborhood is quiet and well served, there is a supermarket near the apartment.
