House rules

Set of sheets and towel set, we are happy for a fee.

Usual rest periods must be respected and the facilities should be treated with gentle care and cleanliness. For longer rental a security deposit will be charged. For any damages or missing furniture the tenant has to replace the damage, this also applies to lost house and apartment keys.
The apartment is a Non smoking apartment!!!!
No Pets!!!

Nice bright apartment with open views to the south. Disturbing the railway is just before Haus.Schlafen with the window open is not possible. Good transport connections

Daniela has received me very friendly and imagined the premises. The apartment is very nice and super clean. The only thing that was annoying was the sound of the heater at night. Directly behind the house is a 4 lane track route, but which I have not really noticed the windows closed disturbing. Otherwise, the area is very quiet, yet relatively central. In the summer, like the balcony and again can serve as a small oasis, unfortunately I had while staying relatively bad weather. All in all I would buy the apartment again, price performance is absolutely fine.
