Description
We offer a beautiful modern holiday home for two up to four people for a short or long stay in Munich. The apartment is 45 sqm in size and is located in a beautiful green residential facility. The underground station is about 200m away and gets you to the center of Munich in a very short period of time (approx. 8 minutes).
The apartment has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The living room has a TV with cable television. And do not forget to bring your laptop, you get a 30 000 kbit / s (WLAN) for free! The couch is extendable and provides sleeping accommodation for max. two people. The bathroom has a washing machine and a large tub in which you can relax perfectly. Towels and sheets are provided. There is no final cleaning fee. In front of the residential block are a large number of free parking lots.
The accommodation is to the west of the inner city in the district of Laim. Laim has a thick building development mainly consisting of residential areas. Due to its proximity to the inner city it is easily accessible by public transportation and therefore a good starting point explore the city as a visitor. The foci of the Munich Night life are situated in the nearby inner-city districts of Schwanthalerhöhe, Altstadt, Alt-Schwabing and Glockenbachviertel. Therefore Laim is a good starting point for Nighthawks, too.
Starting centrally in the district, the underground line 5 also directly passes by the Theresienwiese. For this reason you have direct access to the Oktoberfest from mid-September to the beginning of October! As an alternative you can also use the S-Bahn (city train) lines S1, S2, S3, S4, S6 and S8 and get off at the station Hackerbrücke in order to get to the Theresienwiese. The next station of S-Bahn lines is the main station which is Munich’s most important traffic junction. You can easily reach every part of the city from there. Moreover, the S-Bahn line S1 also offers a direct access to the Franz-Josef-Strauß airport.
