The flat is on the Mouille Point beachfront, literally a stones throw from the sea and has gorgeous sea views from every room.
Flat is fully furnished and fully equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a washing machine and doing the laundry is included in the cost. The neighbourhood is a very upmarket one and has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is perfectly safe with neighbourhood watch patrols 24 hours a day
I walk around at night and feel completely safe. The beach, walking on the promenade, grocery shops and the very popular Waterfront, Sea Point and the Cape Quarter are all walking distance.
The beaches and city centre are all conveniently accessible by public transport. Parking is available on the street right outside the flat.
I am a great host, and will recommend places for you to visit, great local spots and events that most tourists don't get to know about in the guide books and will answer any questions you might have about the city and help you have as much fun as possible while visiting. I can also arrange an airport pickup for you for a small fee.
I do have a small dog who lives with me though so if you don't like dogs, this one isn't for you. He is perfectly house trained so doesn't mess inside, but he does get to sit on the furniture and so hair does get on the couches. He isn't allowed into the spare bedroom though so that is hair free!
