Apartment Sant'Erasmo close to the Colosseum up to 6 persons

The apartment is very well located, ten minutes from the Coliseum is a true beauty! Y pass morning and evening is a delight! Achilles, however, was obviously in a hurry and we do not therefore necessarily very knowledgeable about public transport, supermarket, bakery etc. ... close. But it was a delightful stay and the apartment and a very good value for money. You can only be happy!

It is a simple apartment, little luxury, not great, reasonably clean, typical italian so. It is located just a little difficult, distance to one of the metro stations is too far and you are always obliged to walk. 1 route Taxis are hard to get around. Not really a bakery nearby. Restaurants are hardly (or Colosseum direction) and a supermarket is run at 5-10 minutes (less if you know the middle ground). Itself would find something that is closer to a subway or taxi. Please note some basic herbs and wine glasses!

The apartment is well located, close to the historic center and very easy to access the subway and buses, which makes it very quick and easy to get to all the other sights of Rome. We had a small problem with the shower, because as we were 4 people, after the bath, each had to wait around for 15 or 20 min for the water warmed again, although this has not been a big problem. Achille was attentive, gave us tips on transportation in Rome, where to catch the metro and buses, and also on places to eat. It was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it without a doubt. The apartment is very well located, close to the historical center of Rome, and Also close to the train station, so, very easy to go to every other place. We had some problem with the hot water for the shower, we were in four people, and for each one of us take the shower we had to wait about 20 minutes for the water warm again. Although it wasn `ta big problem. Achille was very attentive, he gave us a lot of tips about the transport, places to eat, etc.. It was a pleasure stay, I definitely recomend his place.

A really fine apartment with everything you need. The beds where made when we arrived. And mr. Archille gave us the first information we neaded. The colloseum and really nice restaurants are in walking distance. Busses stop nearby. We had a great time in Rome!

We liked the large appartment. Clean and warm. Quiet Street in walking distance to the colosseum.

Our overall experience is great! Apartment is very clean, large and easy as it is on the mezzanine floor. We had a problem with the heating on the first night but Achille solved it very quickly. The area is quiet and very calm as it is slightly off the touristic area, but there is a bus service about a few minute walk from the apartment and the Metro station is around 10min walk. A really nice apartment in the heart of Rome, yet quiet in an upscale residential area. Although there are only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum really, but away from all the tourist. After a week, we felt almost at home. The apartment is spacious in an ancient Roman villa and equipped with the necessities. A bus stop is just around the corner. However, it took a few days before we had internalized the bus network. The metro (either Colosseum or St. John Lateran), there were a few minutes. We were very pleased!
