Studio No10 in Queens Park NW6

Studio practice: Clean sheets, towels, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, electric hob, microwave, TV, sink, dishes and cloth ... everything for a pleasant stay. A little noisy with other users especially in the morning ... At night everything is OK. We were very well received. Everything was explained properly. There was even some teas and coffees! Just 2 minutes walk from the station "Queen's Park", it is very convenient in terms of transport. Bakerloo line which leads directly to Piccadilly Circus in central London in 20 minutes. Shops open from 7am until 2am the night are close to the metro. We will come back with pleasure!

As can be read in the other reviews, the appartment (no 10) is generally very quiet (situated at the back of the house), very clean and well situated wrt Underground (Queen's park Station). We had a great time, and enjoyed our stay very much. There is a small pink TV-set, which has a very sharp picture, really good! The shower is excellent, for warm water don't forget to pull one of the strings from the ceiling in the bathroom (not immediately clear for foreign visitors). The fridge & freezer are spacious, there's a microwave, oven and laundry/washing machine. Some notes - The appartment is IRL a bit smaller than the photo's suggest - There is currently some water damage, with some stains in the ceiling & walls. It does not smell and there's no mould, so it does not effect having a pleasant stay - There's no airco, but the window can open very wide With some really minor changes like - a proper dressing mirror - less basic cooking equipement (a pair of scissors, some good chef's knife and basic salt/pepper/sugar/oil etc would come in handy) - extra towels for longer stays (I found 1 towel for 6 days a bit little, especially when going to the lido) - dust removal from the ceiling fan in the bathroom and on top the dressing cabinet - a shelf above the sink in the bathroom - repair of the Luxaflex window blinds I would have rated it a 5* place (for the money we paid)

We spent 4 nights in the studio. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Yulia, the housekeeper, who told us that there had been water damage. We had not been warned before ... Fortunately, it was just the wall was wet, we got nothing on the ground ... but good. Otherwise the studio very well equipped, the fridge did a lot of noise against ... No storage in the bathroom. The towels are provided, it is convenient. Not top the mattress. The sloping ground, it was weird. We were on the side courtyard so it was quiet. Not far from the bus station and subway, so convenient to move into town. I recommend it for short stays.

The flat was very cozy and warm, the heater worked perfectly and we never had to ask for additional implements since it was fully-equipped. The only problem, which in the end wasn´t, was a trace of water leakage on the wall facing the bed, but the hosts were very considerate and they hung curtains on the wall to mask it.

Good location, very convenient for shopping and transport Beautiful and clean and good working radiator if needed.

Excellent location. The flat was very clean. Olga and Eduard were very friendly and explained us everything.

The location of the room was very good, near a metro station. Quiet street. Room was sufficiently furnished and equipped.
