Check in / out

As long as you arrive during working hours, we will do our best to welcome you personally and explain you all the functional details of the flat.

We will ask you to let us know as soon as possible your approximative desired check in time (or email us your flight/train details so that we can check if it is on time) and if possible your approximative desired check out time.

Please also make sure that your cellphone works in France so that you can call or text us when you are approaching the apartment.

Standard Check in time is 15:00 (03:00 pm)
Standard Check out time is 11:00 (11:00 am)

However we are flexible on times as long as we do not have any back to back check in/outs that conflict. No guarantee unless we have your precise arrival and departure details.

For arrivals after 7:30 pm (19:30) and during the weekend, there are 3 options :

● You can book a driver who will be waiting for you at your arrival at the airport or train station and will help you to carry your luggage and open you the door of the apartment.
We have a negotiated flat fee :
From Paris stations : 1 to 3 people 50 € + 5 €/additional person
From Paris airports (except Beauvais airport) : 1 to 3 people 80 € + 10 €/additional person

● Otherwise, you will have to go and pick up the keys in an hotel which is 6 minutes walk from Gare de l’Est station (rail & metro).

● Or, if you wish to be received personally by us at your arrival at the apartment, we ask 40 € extra charge by cash after 7:30 pm (19:30) and all day long during the week end till 9:30 pm (21:30) ; 60 € after 9:30 pm (21:30) ; and 80 € after 11:30 pm (23:30).

Of course, if you need explanation once arrived at the apartment you will always be able to call us anytime.

YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT IF WE HAVE NO NEWS FROM YOU BY THE TIME OF YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME AT THE APARTMENT, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY DROP THE KEYS AT THE HOTEL !

The apartment is quietly located in a very nice neighborhood. Our agreement to be picked up at the airport worked perfectly. Since one of us have dust allergies were however, we need to start our stay, with a thorough cleaning, as there were loads of old dust under / and sofa bed. So I would then recommend that you vacuum more thoroughly in between. Otherwise emerged apartment clean, tidy and well equipped with everything mna need. We had booked the apartment for a whole week and it would have been nice with a few extra towels and tea towel. - But all in all a very good experience and would definitely come back another time and would recommend the apartment to others. We were very pleased! Although really smaller than you think but very modern and clean. Ideal for two people when you're out for the day.

Nice small apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Since you were traveling a lot anyway, it did not matter that it's small. We were really happy :)

The studio is quite what we had seen on the site: clean, bright, situated in a quiet location, close to metro, pharmacy, shops. We would even walk to hall 7 of the Porte de Versailles (Salon de l'Agriculture) in 20-25mins (walking well). Very welcome our guests with an explanation of the inner workings. We had a great time and will return with pleasure.

I really like the apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped, close to the metro, grocery stores, a few Chinese restaurants. Also, even though it was on the ground floor, I felt secured since it is located in a gated apartment complexes that requires a door code and a magnetic key to each building. The apartment was good enough for two people, it is well lit and the kitchen had everything I needed. There were complimentary tea, sugar, cocoa powder, pasta etc in the kitchen cupboard. The only thing that I can comment on it was there were a few loud tenants in the building. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The study was perfect, not lacking anything, well located. Clean ... the super comfortable sofa bed .. we felt like home ...

We had a great time at this apartment. The place was equipped with everything we needed. Very tidy and modern. Convenient location, close to metro, supermarket and pharmacy less than 50m away. Definitely stay here again.
