Cozy Apartment and Great Bedroom

John is a great host, very friendly en helpful. John’s apartment is only one block away from the famous Ocean Drive, but quite enough for a good night’s rest. A parasol and fresh towels for the beach, a clean room and bathroom made our stay definitely worth it. Floris & Wendy

Staying at John’s was such a nice experience. The room is huge, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, the beach is 5 minutes walking distance and very safe at night too. John was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone wishing to enjoy South Beach.

Apartment well located, clean with a great room. John was very friendly and takes good care of you. He advises you to take full advantage of miami beach and its surroundings. Do not hesitate!

When we arrived the apartment did not have toilet paper for example and when I tried to reach the owner he answered my calls 3 days later giving as an answer that toilet paper is just one dollar. Bad service. Pictures do not match the ones published in the web.

When I aarived the apartemt was not avilable because it was lack of cleaning and the air conditioner was nhot working. The owner offered me another apartment anyway. By the way the owner never answered th phone calls, and we had to wait till he called us back to receibe a response to our inconvenients.
