Apartment was clean, roomy, and in a great location. Bed was nice. Would stay here again.

Wonderful location of the study, near the Hotel de Ville, and in a neighborhood with a long life. The space distribution, furniture, and everything in general very positive. Again no doubt.

We had a great weekend at Franck's lovely apartment. It's perfectly located in a very charming and quiet building next to Centre Pompidou. It is very nice furnished and there is lot of space. It feels bigger than it is. Marais, the area around is great and full of nice bars, cafes and shops.

We had great time in Paris! The apartment is small, but fine! The five-store stair case was quite an experience, but the apartment is full of everything that one could need for a city trip. There is TV, internet, DVD, CD-player that could bring a good mood to the hours of rest. And when one wants to explore the city, the location is great. Walking distance to most of the places of interest, and in case you get tired, you could get back with the Metro, since the metro station is like 3 minutes walking distance. The host, Franck, was very nice and fulfilled all our requests concerning internet, check in and out. We would gladly recommend!

Franck's appartment in Rue de la Verrerie, Marais was a very good choice for our family of 4. Well designed, cosy and very functional. Beautiful decor and absolutely perfect location. Wish it was mine! :)

The described conditions met for essentially. Improve in any case, the display of the code for the front door and the telefoni-specific communication on arrival. We were able to communicate to us only with the support of a German-French-Saxon pair with the host and only learned by chance in this way the door code. Furthermore, we also name the apartment was unknown because it is not out of our travel documents showed.

We had a very good time - it was the perfect choice. Franck was absolutely charming and helpful- would recommend it to anyone anytime.

We had a great time in Paris. Thanks to the flat that is nicely located in walking distance to Centre Pompidou and Notre-Dame we could discover the city on foot. It was easy to arrange everything with the host. We got all the important information on time. We strongly recommend this accommodation to others.
