In Rastro Comfortable and spacious apartment in the heart of Madrid

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect as we wanted to stay in a local neighbourhood, the metro was close and everything you needed was in walking distant. Breakfast across the road, great drinks just outside your door. Sunday morning was lovely as we could stroll through the local market that was on the street. The apartment just looked like the photos, very clean and everything you could need. Pablo was a friendly and welcoming host. We will be back!

Pretty, nicely furnished apartment. We have used it for two while each wanted their own room to sleep. Since the kitchen area and a second separate guest bathroom lie between the bedroom and the livingroom, each one of us could sleep undisturbed. The living room has two small balconies overlooking a nice neighborhood place. Life in this town is pleasantly relaxed, away from city traffic. Just outside the front door you can have breakfast or a cup of wine before retiring. Most attractions are within 10-15 minutes walk or two to three subway stations. Pablo is a friendly, helpful landlord.

Lovely little studio flat with a great terrace. Great for short stays. Fernanda was very helpful. Good location in La Latina and handy for the flee market on a Sunday and close to metro stations.

Pros: Ideal location. Apartment very quiet, very well soundproofed. Perfect for a couple. Furnished with care and taste. Cons: A little pricey for the area and in relation to the quality of equipment (fridge noisy, slow shower drain). But overall the cocoon side completely forgotten the least! To advise on!
