I had the most wonderful experience by choosing this host, she is very helpful, her house is clean and tidy and I hardly recomend this place, it is very near to the center of Madrid I went by walk enjoying the view of the city. My sister rented the same place and she recomended for me. I just missed the TV in the place but I had my computer with me. I had a wonderful experience choosing the host, very kind and helpful, the house is very clean and organized and is near the center of Madrid, was often seen walking around looking at the city. My sister was also in the house and advised me only missed a TV but as I took my computer had no problem whatsoever. Yo recommend this muchizimo habitacion, la senora y es muy amable attentive, la casa y muy limpia organized. My hermana ya el mismo habia alkylated floor before me y ha recommended, la unica cosa that eche less fue una tele mi pero as tenia computadora in izo much difference. El floor fall muy cerca del downtown Madrid yo misma caminando muchas times aprovechando fue la vista de la ciudad. Muchas gracias

The apartment is in a great location, just one block from the Atocha station, 5 minutes walk to the Reina Sofia museum, 10 min to thePrado, and an easy 15 minute stroll directly to Plaza Major and that area. Araceli is very helpful with maps and suggestions for things to do. The apartment is very basic, but reasonably clean with a good shower. There are other bedrooms rented to guests, so it works a bit like a mini-hostel. Decent value for 1 - 2 nights if you need to make the best of a short stay in Madrid and get in and out easily.

Very nice apartment recently renovated and well equipped and in a great location, just behind the Atocha Station. Price / quality ratio: great! Home very well.

Wonderful

Busy little flat with one bath. No instructions on what was what and clean up procedure. However,convienent and close to everything.But!!! no a/c nor fans.

Although I just spend time at home, for what he wanted helped me. The house is newly renovated with new furniture. For a few days this brilliantly.

i cannot recommend this appartment. There was no room to be locked even not the bathroom! It was an appartment with for 3 couples with only one bathroom and a very little kitchen and living room. Our bed was broken and many times unprofessionally repared. The Lady knew it but only did something after we made a lot of trouble. The only point which was good was the near stay to atocha. Please dont stay there if you like to feel comfortable!
