Great Value in New York City

We had a great week at Steve (which has seen quune times) and Frida. Frida was always available to give us valuable advice on NY. The apartment is a 10 minutes (15 minutes in the morning when it jammed) NY and the bus stop is a qq meters from the house. This is very convenient. The housing is not new but given the price offered on Manhattan, the price / quality ratio is excellent! An address to keep!

We had a very good time! She was very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms. And a very fast connection to NYC. Within 15 Minutes you are at the Times Square. Thanks a lot to Frieda.

The apartment has a great location! With the bus leaves you 10 minutes to the city and then reached through a tunnel in 5 minutes from Times Square! So absolutely great! We really felt at Frida and Steve and found it great that there is a large kitchen with everything you need and even had breakfast! We would come back any time! :-)

We had a very nice stay with Steve and his wife. Their place is not located in the center of Manhattan, but that's OK. One of the buses will take you there within 10 minutes. And you get to have a great view on the city itself from the waterline. The rooms (we stayed in two) were basic, but nice. You've got all you need: a (shared) kitchen, a (shared - unless you have the 2-room studio) bathroom, a bed and some closet space. You spend most of your time in the city, and by staying with Steve and his wife you've got a good quality-cost ratio so you can spend the money you save in the city. Steve and his wife were very kind and had loads of tips. Practical ones, but also tips to save some money!

Before being there, I was worried about the facilities to make every day in Manhattan is very easy, there are many buses, regardless of the time (do not hesitate to take private buses also The price is the same and there are many). Steve and Frida are very attentive to satisfy all our demands. We had very good relations also with the other guests of the house, with exchanges of tips ...

We stayed ten days with Steve and Frida. Everything has been without problems, our guests are always ready to give advice. It is very easy to take the bus or return to New York, the different possible stops are only minutes from the apartment. This is a place to recommend!

Very warm welcome on arrival, Frieda and Steve were very friendly and gave us lots of info. Everything was very good, only bathroom was quite dirty. Location is very good and bus. Good luck yet!

clean rooms, quiet location and excellent public transport angebundend

The hosts are very nice and offer simple accommodation with a good breakfast service at a great price. By bus you are in 20 minutes in the middle of Manhattan. Bathroom and kitchen shared with other guests. If that does not matter, this is the place!

Hosts very helpful & courteous. room, spacious & clean but no T/V.Useful walk-in closet but no drawers. Adjacent bathroom: shower OK but bath tub shabby otherwise clean. (clean 2nd bathroom downstairs ). Self cooked breakfast generous and allotted part use of fridge for own provisions and use of kitcen until 10.p.m. very useful for own cooked meals. Xcellent value & location. Bus round corner xtremely convenient, 15 mins to Manhatten near Times Sq. (Senior citizens 1/2 price on bus.) Hudson riverfront and Hamilton park near house provide outstanding views of Manhatten. Thank you for all your help Frieda & Steve.
