Welcome to our spacious fully-equipped self-catering two-bedroom flat situated between Signal Hill and the Victoria and Alfred Water Front Shopping Centre Development in the vibrant suburb of Green Point and only minutes away from the centre of Cape Town, the Cape Town International Convention Centre and the New FIFA 2010 Cape Town Stadium. Although in a quiet street, we are a short walk (less than 1 km) to wonderful restaurants and upmarket grocery shops if you prefer to eat-in.

A slightly longer walk is the exciting new Cape Quarter Centre for trendy art, decor and good food. The Apartment offers amazing views over the harbour, across Table Bay, over Robben Island and up the West Coast of Africa. Your home from home is the ideal base to explore the beauty of Cape Town and its surroundings.
The palette of the internal structure is largely white to highlight the original art but each flat has its own design identity. The flat is fully equipped, kitchen with convection microwave oven, hob, cutlery, crockery etc. Bed-linen and towels are provided. The flats are serviced once each week for longer stays.

The Apartment also showcase original art from South Africa; oil and water colour paintings and Zimbabwean Shona sculpture. The property is well secured and private, off-street parking is also available. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is open-plan onto the dining-room and lounge that leads onto a large balcony with spectacular views of the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, harbour and the new Green Point stadium. The spacious main bedroom (two single beds) is front-facing with it's own balcony.

The second bedroom (one double bed) is sidefacing. A small study nook is the ideal place to write and connect to the wireless internet network. The bathroom has an open-shower. There is a laundry in the basement with large washing machine for guests to use if required.
